With our industry first AI/ML platform using DNA/RNA sequencing combined with mass spectrometry data to analyze each patient's cancer cells, BreakBio is pioneering a personalized cancer treatment for all solid cancers and at any stage. Our platform finds targets that are on each patient's cancer cells. Then it treats patients with customized purpose-manufactured drugs that create T-cells to go after those targets. So rather than a drug that goes after one target, it creates BreakVax, a drug that goes after 30 unique targets found in that exact patient. This is a new era of AI personalized drug manufacture and personalized medicine.
We have FDA approval to launch our phase 1 and phase 2 clinical trial in metastatic colorectal cancer in early 2025, aiming for a breakthrough therapy designation followed by accelerated approval due to the unmet medical need in this indication.
